RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it - provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). Any label or tags should be intact.
RETURNS FROM THE UK
In order to make a return from UK you can use our return portal by using the link below:
After filling out your e-mail, order number (without UK - just etc 1233) and reason for return, a shipping label will be sent directly to your e-mail. The price for the return label is 9 GBP which will be deducted from the amount we return for your items.
Please note that max size of a return package is 60 cm long (and total of 90 cm in length + width + height).
When completing a return you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is packaged responsibly. Our shipping bags are reusable and can be used again for returning items. Please be aware that old parcel labels must not be visible! And please be aware that the parcel is send as a maxi letter in case they ask at the postoffice where you bring in the parcel. You will not receive any tracking information.
EXHANGES
Unfortunately our system can not handle exchanges. If you want to exchange for another color og size, you have to return your order (as above) and then you have to place a new order in the right size and color.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within normally 5-7 bank days - depending on the policy of your card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable so your refund will be deducted the shipping cost.
We do not accept returns for Project AJ117 products purchased other places than through our own webshop.
