RETURNS
If you wish to return your order, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it - provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). Any label or tags should be intact. 

HOW TO RETURN FROM THE UK
You are responsible for paying for a return. We recommend that you keep the postage receipt as proof until your order has been received. Please be aware that we can not receive returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the address below.
Please fill out the returnlabel which you can download here and enclose in the parcel.

EXHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at the moment.
If you want to change to another color og size, you have to return your order (as above) and then you have to place a new order in the right size and color.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within normally 5-7 bank days - depending on the policy of your card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable so your refund will be deducted the shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for Project AJ117 products purchased other places than through our own webshop.
