PRICING & TAXES
All prices shown on this UK webshop are in British Pound (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.
For the moment we have to distinguish between orders below and above 135 GBP.
For all orders BELOW 135 GBP (excluding VAT and freight) - This actually means orders below 162 GBP including VAT + freight 9 GBP - total 171 GBP.
These orders will be delivered to the UK with VAT and import duties included and paid. No extra fees for you!
For all orders ABOVE 135 GBP (excluding VAT and freight) - so this is for orders above 162 GBP (including VAT).
For these orders you do not pay the 20% VAT anymore. The VAT is "shifted" to you. We will include an invoice with the order value excluding VAT for UK customs. The price you will see on the webshop is inclusive of 20% VAT but if the order exceeds 162 GBP (including VAT) at checkout - the VAT will be removed.
We will not pay any VAT or import duties in advance. As a buyer you are responsible to pay any taxes on our shipments when required by UK customs.
Prices shown on the webshop do not include delivery charges. (which are 9 EUR for delivery to the UK)
ORDERING
Copenhagen Jade can not guarantee that all items on the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you shortly by e-mail or phone. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and prices on the webshop, errors may occur. Copenhagen Jade is not responsible for changes in VAT or tax, sold-out items or courier delivery failure.
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail stated in your order. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us at info@project-aj117.com
PAYMENT
Project AJ117 accepts the following payments:
- Visa
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard / Maestro
- Paypal
The payment will not be charged on your card before the goods are ready to be shipped.
Payment is made through an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your payment information is safe with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation - and another notice when your order has been shipped.
All orders will be handled within 1-3 businessdays after placing the order.
Shipping terms to the UK are:

RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it - provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means that the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). Any label or tags should be intact.
RETURNS FROM THE UK
In order to make a return from UK you can use our return portal by using the link below:
After filling out your e-mail, order number and reason for return, a shipping label will be sent directly to your e-mail. The price for the return label is 9 EUR which will be deducted from the amount we return for your items.
Please note that max size of a return package is 60 cm long (and total of 90 cm in length + width + height).
When completing a return you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is packaged responsibly. Our shipping bags are reusable and can be used again for returning items. Please be aware that old parcel labels must not be visible!
EXHANGES
Unfortunately our system can not handle exchanges. If you want to exchange for another color og size, you have to return your order (as above) and then you have to place a new order in the right size and color.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within normally 5-7 bank days - depending on the policy of your card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable so your refund will be deducted the shipping cost.
We do not accept returns for Project AJ117 products purchased other places than through our own webshop.
CLAIMS
Project AJ117 provide a 2 year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) where you have the right to submit a complaint.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired or exchanged or you can get your money back or receive a discount – depending on the specific situation. Damage to the item caused by customer mismanagement is not covered by the warranty.
Complaints concerning defects must always be notified to info@project-aj117.com with a reasonable amount of time after receiving the order. Two months are considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Please send a description and some pictures to describe your complaint. We will of course refund your shipping costs within a reasonable limit when justifying a complaint.

If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our webshop, you may address it to: info@project-aj117.com.
